I'm alive dont worry.

I don't know where I've been or what I've been doing.. but it hasn't been blogging. The only person who really complains about that is my dad. haha so this ones to you dad. blogging is good though because it's like a little journal. that everyone and their mom can read.... ;) so I'm going to post pictures of what I've been doing because I like pictures. 

 Cody turned 12 on May 1st. He's such a man... can't believe it!! love this kid.

 3rd annual orrock camping trip in beaver ut. was a little different than last year, with the construction, lack  of water and fishies, but it was still a good time. we brought travis along who has been a family friend for ever and he had fun with our crazy fam too.

 day pools in las vegas. do em once and you're good. your feet are hot, theres so many people everywhere, you know you shouldn't get into the water, and waters are $8.00..... and it's from the tap. go figure. thats LV for you.

 This was the morning of the fourth of july. At summerlin's parade which sarah ^ my friend right there, her mom was in! 

 The 4th of july this year was brilliant. We set off tons of illegal fireworks, our neighbors next door had huge huge huge awesome fireworks. it was just overall amazing. I am not sure if we can top that next year!!!

 I'm in the slide, at Rehab at the Hard Rock. Small slide but fun. 

 Gallery nightclub where we had a table for free (thanks for brit's dad who DJ'd there that night) other than that there were SO many creeps at this club, thankfully we had our own little section to keep em away.

 these light saber stick things are awesome, I have a collection at home and cody & I play star wars with them.

 EVERY thursday you can bet  I'm at stoneys country bar. My mom will ask, "what are you doing tonight" and I say.... "what day is it mom?" and she says "oh yeah... you're getting predictable... " or she'll say "you know you go there so much people know where to find you" ha love my momsy. 

cousins, I know what you're thinking.... who is this boy... are they dating.... how tall is he? etc... but let me just stop you ahead of time before ashlee tells emily who tells hollie who tells grandma about this photo haha.. this is travis (same guy who went on our camping trip) he's awesome and goes to stoneys too. 

This summer has been good. I'm secretly looking forward to school, kinda gives me a purpose... something to work towards. anyway all is good in the life of christy and I hope everything is going good for whoever you are. xo. 

spring break 2012!

I'm currently basking in my bed enjoying whats left of my spring break of 2012. exactly 4 days are left of my spring break and you'll bet your socks I'm going to enjoy them. My two very best friends are coming into town tomorrow night But precisely 30 minutes ago, my family got home from Huntington Beach, CA where we had a mini vacation/spring break. Because we went down there without a plan really, we didn't know what hotel we were going to stay in, I soon found out everyone and their Mom was in huntington for spring break. It's cool though cause we magically found a beautiful room at the luxurious Hyatt Resort. This place was RAD. 3 slides (kiddy slides but super cool still), 3 hot tubs, cool shops, huge swimming area, right across the street from the beach, ugh it was perfection!!! Honestly, I've been to hawaii and I enjoyed both equally. Some might say, who goes to huntington on spring break with their parents? This girl does. Not only is my family awesome to be around, we don't have to stay at an expensive best western where we shove 12 people into a 4 person room. haha. sounds like torture. If you ever go to huntington, go stay at the hyatt, it has a coy pond, work out room, the beds are amazing and the pillows ughhh I love that place. It's also GORGEOUS. seriously. Get ready for photo-mania! Now...........

this is on our way back from the beach. I'm carrying 2 boogie boards. go me. those boards didn't even make it into the ocean. It was a freezing ocean and I needed a wetsuit.. If i had a wetsuit I'd probably look like a seal and then a shark would eat me... so overall I had to just take a nap on the beach and get sunburned.

My cousin cindy was here, we went to the venetian and my mom and Cindy rode the gondala in there. This is part of spring break, but not huntington, but I had to include it. The ceilings and paintings are crazy gorgeous. I secretly want clouds painted on every ceiling in my house.

I'm apologizing now for the photo I posted. Its gnar, well I look nasty in it and only 1/4 of my face is showing. Anyhow, I was sitting at my kitchen table eating dinner, and thinking my moms such a good cook. Always on the go too! Tonights dinner is simple and fast but tastes gourmet and is a hit with the whole fam and we are critical on the food made for us. Btw. "we" is my little 11 year old bro, myself, and my father! Some picky eaters if you ask me. Tonight, my mom made penne pasta, with some other squiggily pasta and marinara sauce. So she baked the noodles, added meat to the sauce, threw it in the oven, and vwah-lah. Delish. My mom makes the most delicious things, last night we had steak. mmm. but i feel like this meal is the equivilant to one of those girls that took an hour to get ready, but then when someone compliments her says, "oh I'm such a mess today." My mom's like oh stop it was so easy, nothing really. this meal is fast, delicious, and awesome and I had to share. of course it dawned on me to take a picture (b/c I love reading blogs with pictures) of what I was referring to but I was already halfway through the pasta... haha so here it is. love you whoever you are.

Ive been sick and therefore not going to the gym. But I went finally yesterday to my pilates class that I love and I'm so sore. Its pathetic. I went to kickboxing today and I'm pretty sure this grandma in the class was showin me up. I really am pathetic.

I found this really entertaining blog by this talented artist. I should have been studying, but I was on stumble upon. boo me. just read it. its hilarious.

I love school and I hate school. I miss it when i'm not in it and i dread it when I'm in it. I hate midterms. I hate tests actually. I need to go study. #whitegirlproblems.
