Me & my momma! <3>1. So me and jackie got these 3 pound bags of gummy bears from our momma. I love how thoughtful she is. when we got to our room they were sitting on our pillows.

2. I taught my Mom how to snowboard :) she was a fassst learner.

3. I saw my friend Allison from high school, she works at brian head and I missed her.

4. The more & more I think about it I miss High School.

5. I hate to admit that. I swore I would never miss high school but look at me now. missin it.

6. growing up scares me. I don't have a job. I don't pay for anything. I'm spoiled but I appreciate everything. My job is to get good grades. I want a job though. I'll probably get one soon.

7. I love snowboarding. Honestly going with some of my guy friends has been the best thing for me, when we'd all go together the girls just had to keep up and so we got better because one day it just clicked.

8. Im majoring in web designing, but I'm not doin so well in my web essentials class. Coding and html and xhtml and css is difficult. Idk if I can stay in this major, I can't really see myself making websites for people. ughhh Im so UNSURE.

9. Feb 1st was Darren's 19th birthday! wooo. :) I hate that he's in CUBA. This whole long distance relationship is hard and annoying. but I miss him a LOT.

10. if I didn't have facebook I'd actually do my homework more and pay more attention in school. I can't imagine getting on my laptop and actually doing homework everytime I got on. can you? nope.

11. I miss cheerleading. I want to dance haha it's a little too late, I'm in college now, maybe I'll take a dance class? I'd probably embarrass myself though.

12. valentines day is a crap "holiday". we need a new holiday like christmas in january and february

13. Im sitting in history, not paying attention one little bit.

14. I love bonfires. their fun and after you smell like a campfire, next time we're making smores. mmmmm :)

15. I like school, I like learning, I'd rather be at school socializing/learning than in bed watching movies on netflix. sometimes.

16. Im going to babysit ethan today because Aubree has a doctors appointment! I can't wait for me neice Baylee to come! ah yay!!!! :) :) :)

Me & tayler just watched Serendipity, what a freaking good movie. makes you feel like everything you do is chosen by fate like how i feel like blogging instead of doing my english paper due monday. makes me feel like this is what i should be doing. i like that. go watch serendipity. makes me want the frozen hot chocolate real bad.

Haiti I can see you halo

So twitter is a huuuuge deal right now. I love how people can text some number and automatically they have donated to the people Haiti. I love how twitter spreads the word, how george clooney put together a benefit concert with madonna, coldplay, beyonce, justin timberlake and more celebs, and just how giving everyone is being. It's comforting to know. Anyways me & tayler want to go volunteer to haiti, who doesnt right now? but maybe in april after school ends we could go, i emailed http://www.globalvolunteernetwork.org/thanksfaq.php asking a buncha stuff about volunteering haha. we're serious. I feel like crap when Im over here and I have a mini-fridge full of water bottles when people would be so grateful for water.
So my weekend started thursday, I drove to my cousin ashley's house and she had a wedding shower for my cousin's wife it was way fun to see everyone. Me, allie and sammy had a sleepover. kids say the darndest things. that used to be a real good show I think thats what it was called anyways. sammy told me 3 stories about three friends named christy sammy and allie who went to their grandmas house and there was a fox following them and so they hid and then peter pan and tinkerbell found them and anyways her stories were the best. she said "christy the only thing I have to do to be a kindergardner is color inside the lines, and spell my name right" how cute right? I know. Sammy and Allie falll asleep to church music, and every few minutes they would sing with their little tiny voices and they were just the cutest Im glad I got to hang out with them. ashley told me to write down the cute things sammy and allie said ha and i know they said other stuff but I don't remember. so I drove an hour home, and its been blizzarding ever since! literally blizzarding. and it started right when i got home. can you say blessed muchh? so Im dating darren rigsby. my 5th grade best friend. he's in cuba right now. i miss him. he's gotta be there for a year with few breaks during the year... blahhh I talked to him tonight and he said tomorrow their going to the beach, and tomorrow Im going snowboarding... two complete opposites haha so awesome. tomorrow me & tayler & iami & kolby & derek & jake & nicole are going snowboarding. thats what I love about our friends. they got season passes just like us and love to go snowboarding. we all own the mountain together and laugh at things, like last time we went i got ran over by a ski lift. I was told not to go and to wait for the next one but I didn't listen to the guy and ran up to it and it completely dominated me. but it was hilarious. This semester ive done little homework. i do math online hwk here and there. i have a 4 page essay due monday which I havent started, and I need to do my web design homework.. which consists of making a plan for a website. This is a secret but Im redoing my dads website. his isnt very good & he always asks me if Ive learned how to make websites yet so Im actually gonna plan it and make it during the next class. thats kinda all thats new with me.

Dear John.

1. today all I have done is a) .lay on my couch and read my new obsession : Dear John, and b.) have my heated blanket on high.
2. How lazy can I get honestly? This book is bomb though. it's so sweet and the whole time I'm thinking of channing tatum. yummy. he's so gorgeous I can't believe he's married. --that's the book cover. cute right?

This is something I missed this year. last year we had the whole family together & this year it was half the size of this. but I still had a great year. just makes me miss the better ones with everyone here.
4. I miss my roomies. we have the cutest tree waiting for us back home. yeah I call my apartment home. it's my second home but im lucky to have the best room mates ever. I just miss all this.

Jesus Is The Reason For The Season.

1. I rarely blog, I wish it wasn't that way but it is, school makes it hard to blog. yeah school--that's my excuse. I know, I'm lame. I like blogging because everything just flows out. as I read Yarm and rachel rawls and leahs and sadies blogs along with everyone else i can tell they love it too. shoutout to yarm-you need to write a book it would be bomb. your a superb writer.
2. christmas break has gone by WAY to freakin fast. It sucks how when your a kid it seems it takes for-ev-er for christmas to get here but when you "grow up" it comes way too quick. yeah that's the crapy way it is. I remember being a little kid sleeping in my room with jackie and us just talking and thinking about christmas and thinking "where's santa?" because for the hours before we had to go to bed we'd stalk santa on santatracker.com or whatever it is. and just that feeling of excitment. so this year I was lying in my bed on christmas eve & literally pretended i was 8 years old again. you all should try it.
3. one christmas I wore my reindeer antlers all the way into February. true story ask the momsy.
4. Im still spirited by the way. I buy way too many pine and cinnamon candles and make sure their always lit in whatever room i am in.
5.I wear these earrings that are lightbulbs the old colored kind that used to be on houses before all this new stuff came out ha those light up an their earrings.
6.I have reindeer earrings that have bells on them.
7.& one last thing, this one is new for me, this lady diane who does my hair put tinsel in my hair. how awesome is that? I know. be jealous. everyone loves it. it's cool with the heat and everything & it's just tied in my hair so i can curl it or take it out or whatever I want. I'm pretty sure Im going to leave it in for a bit because i think it's rad.
8. this year jackie & brandon didn't celebrate christmas with us. so it was just me, cody, mom & dad for christmas. kinda sucked, we had a great christmas don't get me wrong..but it woulda been better if jack jack and b were there. and aubree & andrew & baby ethan
9. I love vegas so much. I just love what's in vegas: my family and my friends.
10. I love that when I go home I'm constantly eating delicious homemade foods made by my wonderful amazing chef mamma orrock. she insists on making homemade rolls, jelly, chicken soup, multiple pies, dips, fruit salad, dough for sugar cookies, gingerbread dough. basically she makes everything I hope one day Im a good cook like her.
11. I love my house in vegas. we've lived in the same one for like 18ish years. so basically my whole life. it's perfect. every now and then I see old pix of the house and it's seriously cool to see how our house has transformed throughout the years, from our grey carpet to our flowered wallpaper and etc.
12. the only thing from centuries ago I believe that has survived through the changes is these two birds me and jackie got when we were little. their glass or something, hanging on our ceilings, well now jackie's old room is cody's so he and i have these awesome colorful toucans & I will never get rid of it.. one day it will make its way into my child's room, just you wait & see.
13.My house has the coolest scars on it, like the ceiling right when you walk in the front door. one day me, jack, and my mom went to the store and bought those 50 cent sticky hands things from those machines and took it home and me and jackie shot one up on the ceiling and I swear it's still there. with it's collected dust or whatever it's still there and its cool to me i don't want it to move.
14. i just noticed something. I'm sitting in my room on my bed and i just glanced around my room & there's this capsule that jackie made in achievement days a looonnng time ago. I made one too but it's probably in my attic. So when jackie was engaged we found this capsule and it said things like what do you want in a spouse and tons of other things & it's funny because @ the time I made that I remember thinking well this is weird. Even if I was married there's no way I would remember this capsule I made There's even this note we wrote to our future husband. Jack Jack just read what she wrote though and Brandon's eyes never saw it. Jackie & brandy are the cutest things ever. you can take one look & realize how IN LOVE they are and I'm so glad my sister can be that happy.
15. my christmas couldn't have been better. neither could my break. it was great. i love my family & my friends you guys are the best.
